Dog Massage Services
Before starting each therapy, I will conduct a brief assessment of the dog’s condition.
This assessment will aid in applying the appropriate therapy as the dog’s condition improves. I will consider any internal organ disorders or musculoskeletal problems that may have resulted from poor movement or accidents occurring between therapies.
First appointment
Get to know each other
During this appointment, I carefully observe the dog’s behavior, reactions, and locomotor functions while it stands and moves. I patiently wait for the dog to initiate contact, which is sometimes only partially successful. Then, I assess the body condition by gently petting the dog, which provides crucial information and is essential for identifying any unidentified problems or contraindications. Additionally, I check for pain in other areas, reflexes, muscle and joint flexibility, as well as palpate the internal organs if possible.
Dog treatment plan
Once we have a diagnosis, I will formulate the type and frequency of treatments.
My primary objective is to restore the dog to a normal, healthy state!
In order to rule out any contraindications, please be advised to perform general examination, if recreational massage or fitness will be a part of the treatment plan.
Medical charts
Additionally, if you have any medical charts, diagnoses, X-rays, or other relevant documents, please include them in the preliminary form. This information will aid in better understanding and planning the appropriate treatment for your dog.
